Ditt EASA Part.66 sertifikat er gyldig i fem (5) år, ikke to (2) år som for ICAO. En fornyelsessøknad bør være sendt til Luftfartstilsynet før utløpsdato.
 

OBS: Ditt sertifikat er ikke gyldig om du har glemt å signere det! Hvis ditt sertifikat har gått ut på dato pga en forglemmelse eller en datafeil er det alvorlig. Slutt å signere CRS eller bruke din Autorisasjon med en gang!  Informere arbeidsgiver eller eier av flyene du har gitt CRS på. Luftfartstilsynet skal også ha beskjed.

 

     



 

 

 

 

66.A.40 Continued validity of the aircraft maintenance licence

  
 

(a)

 The aircraft maintenance licence becomes invalid five years after its last issue or amendment, unless the holder submits his/her aircraft maintenance licence to the competent authority that issued it, in order to verify that the information contained in the licence is the same as that contained in the competent authority records, pursuant to 66. B.120.
  
 

(b)

 Any certification privileges based upon a aircraft maintenance licence becomes invalid as soon as the aircraft maintenance licence is invalid.
  
 

(c)

 The aircraft maintenance licence is only valid when issued and/or amended by the competent authority and when the holder has signed the document.  


 

Sertifikat ditt er personlig og det er alltid ditt ansvar for at sertifikatet til enhver tid er gyldig, uansett omstendighetene. EASA Part.66 er en forskrift som er lovfestet i både EU og Norge via EØS. Det er derfor juridisk sett alltid ditt ansvar, og det kan innebære straff, f. eks begrensninger eller i verst fall inndragning av sertifikatet. Se siste punkt i 66.B.500 under.

66.B.500 Revocation, suspension or limitation of the AML

Competent authority shall suspend, limit or revoke the AML where it has identified a safety issue or if it has clear evidence that the person has carried out or been involved in one or more of the following activities: 

•

obtaining the AML and/or the certification privileges by falsification of submitted documentary evidence.

•

failing to carry out requested maintenance combined with failure to report such fact to the organisation or person who requested the maintenance.

•

failing to carry out required maintenance resulting from own inspection combined with failure to report such fact to the organisation or person for whom the maintenance was intended to be carried out.

•

negligent maintenance.

•

falsification of the maintenance record.

•

issuing a CRS knowing that the maintenance specified on the CRS has not been carried out or without verifying that such maintenance has been carried out.

•

carrying out maintenance or issuing a CRS when adversely affected by alcohol or drugs.

•

issuing CRS while not in compliance with this Part.

 

 

Hvis mann jobber i en Part 145 organisasjon, er man foreløpig ikke pålagt å bevise praksis i de siste årene, det er arbeidsgiveren som har ansvar for at autoriserte ansatte har nødvendig praksis og er oppdatert med Continuation Training og HumanFactors osv.

Om mann jobber som frilanse eller har hatt permisjon i en lengre periode er det ditt ansvar. Da må mann fremvise tidligere godkjenninger/autorisasjoner evt. en oversikt over hvor mann har jobbet og i hvilket tidsrom, samt hvilke typer task du har hatt CRS på i de siste 2 årene. Det samme gjelder kursbevis for Continuation Training og Human Factors.

Competent authority will not carry out investigation to ensure that AMLholder is in current maintenance practice. This is a matter for the AMO in ensuring validity of the Part 145 certification authorisation.

I framtiden kan det bli krav at den enkelte tekniker må fremvise en personlig Logg Bok eller tilsvarende dokumentasjon for å få fornyet sertifikatet sitt uansett hvor man jobber.

 

 

Sertifikat og Autorisasjon:

 

Autorisasjonen tilhører den organisasjonen mann jobber i. Det er arbeidsgiver som er ansvarlig for å forsikre at du er holdt oppdatert med den nødvendige utdanning og at pålagte kurs er fulgt opp. Det er ikke noe utløpstid på en autorisasjon med mindre at det står i organisasjonens prosedyrer (MOE).

MEN autorisasjonen er ugyldig fra det tidspunktet at ditt sertifikat går ut av dato!

 

EASA 145.A.35 (b) forklarer det slik, ditt sertifikat er grunnlag for en autorisasjon og derfor er de tilknytet til hverandre, gyldigheten er gjensidige kan mann si.

 

 

(b)

Excepting those cases listed in 145.A.30(j) the organisation may only issue a certification authorisation to certifying staff in relation to the basic categories or subcategories and any type rating listed on the aircraft maintenance licence listed in Part 66, subject to the licence remaining valid throughout the validity period of the authorisation and the certifying staff remaining in compliance with Part 66.

 
 

(c)

The organisation shall ensure that all certifying staff and category B1 and B2 support staff are involved in at least six months of actual relevant aircraft or component maintenance experience in any consecutive two year period. For the purpose of this paragraph ‘involved in actual relevant aircraft or component maintenance’ means that the person has worked in an aircraft or component maintenance environment and has either exercised the privileges of the certification authorisation and/or has actually carried out maintenance on at least some of the aircraft type systems specified in the particular certification authorisation.

  
 

(d)

The organisation shall ensure that all certifying staff and category B1 and B2 support staff receive sufficient continuation training in each two year period to ensure that such staff have up-to-date knowledge of relevant technology, organisation procedures and human factor issues.

  
 

(e)

The organisation shall establish a programme for continuation training for certifying staff and category B1 and B2 support staff, including a procedure to ensure compliance with the relevant paragraphs of 145.A.35 as the basis for issuing certification authorisations under this Part to certifying staff, and a procedure to ensure compliance with Part 66.
